Accepting these terms
By using Buzzin (`playbuzzin.com`), you accept these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. We may update these terms as Buzzin develops — you'll find the change date at the top of this document.
What Buzzin is
Buzzin is a party-game platform where the TV is the stage and your phone is the buzzer. The first game is a game show; we add more as swappable plugins. The service is provided “as is” — features may change, appear and disappear, and continuous availability isn't guaranteed.
Fees
Players play for free — no accounts, no fees. The host pays for the game (the party organizer who opens the room), and players play with no fees.
Who can use Buzzin
You may use Buzzin if you are at least 16 years old (the age of consent for digital services in Poland). Younger users need a guardian's consent. By signing up with your email, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Acceptable use
Use Buzzin fairly. You must not: break the law, harass other players or use offensive nicknames, try to bypass security or server logic, cheat, disrupt the service (e.g. spam, attacks), or use Buzzin for unlawful content. We may limit or revoke access in case of abuse.
Accounts and access
Players play with no account. The only data you can leave on this site is your email — voluntarily, via the form (affirmative opt-in). How we handle that email is described in the Privacy policy.
Intellectual property
The Buzzin brand, logo, characters, narrator voice, graphics, code and all content belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. Don't copy, modify or commercially exploit our materials without permission. Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.
No affiliation with earlier brands
Buzzin is a new, standalone game built from scratch. We're inspired by the vibe of legendary Polish knowledge game shows, but we are not an official continuation and are not affiliated with any earlier brand, TV programme or app. Any third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
“As is” and limitation of liability
We provide the service “as is” and “as available”, with no guarantee of uninterrupted, error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, data loss or downtime arising from using the service. This does not limit consumer rights granted by mandatory law.
Changes to the terms and service
We may change the service and these terms as Buzzin develops. We'll flag material changes on the site. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
Governing law and disputes
[TODO — confirm jurisdiction after legal review.] We assume these terms are governed by Polish law, and disputes are resolved by the competent courts in Poland — subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
